♦ Waterfront chalet with spa in an exceptional setting offering 4 indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The large windows and patio door on the lake side have been designed to maximize the spectacle. This magnificent chalet can accommodate up to 6 people in the greatest comfort.
♦ Two King Beds and a Queen Bed on the Mezzanine. Chalet built in height on 4 different levels. Work area with ergonomic chair in a relaxed atmosphere
♦ Full bathroom with shower adjoining the master bedroom. Small bathroom on the ground floor. Washer and Dryer on the Garden Level

♦ A huge kitchen is equipped with all appliances (Blender, stand mixer, Rice cooker, Toaster, fondue kit, raclette machine, etc.) A myriad of plates and bowls, cutlery, water / wine glasses / beer / etc.
♦ Something to satisfy coffee lovers (a Nespresso Vertuo machine + a Nespresso Original machine + an Espresso machine) as well as tea lovers (electric kettle, several kinds of tea and reusable bags).
We supply the ground coffee for the Espresso machine. Bring your own Nespresso Vertuo pods.

The neighboring chalets are a short distance from the chalet. It is therefore important to respect the rules relating to noise pollution.
Cars must be parked in front of the garage so as not to block the entrance of neighbors.

LAKE
The cottage is on the edge of Lake Siesta. We have private access to the lake. You can swim but we recommend that you bring your water shoes. The bottom of the water is muddy with lots of water lilies. There is a dock at your disposal. There is also a beach at the end of the lake accessible to all chalets.
There is a pedal boat, two kayaks and a paddleboard and life jackets at your disposal. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st. boats are not allowed on the lake.
You can fish on the lake. You have to get the fishing license at the Canadian Tire. Also, there are several outfitters in the area that offer this service. Visit the Lanaudière ca website
WINTER
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. I ask you to always be careful and to inspect the ice well before stepping on it. You can also visit the municipal ice rink.
You cannot ice fish on the lake. Visit the Lanaudière ca site to find out about the sites near the chalet that offer this activity.

PETS
Pets are NOT ALLOWED at the chalet.
BOATS
All boats are available only in the warm months. Ask us for more details.
SWIMMING
Good news: for summer 2025, the lake water has been tested and declared clean and safe for swimming, so you can fully enjoy it without worry.
If the authorities identify any new risks, you will receive a notice from us.
Nautical activities (such as kayaking or paddleboarding) have always been allowed.
In the past, during some summers, swimming in the lake was prohibited due to the presence of blue-green algae blooms.
FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an outdoor fireplace (wood) and 3 indoor fireplaces (gas and pellet) at your disposal. However, you must bring your wood. You can buy them near the chalet, I will send you the addresses before your stay.
The fire pit In winter: It is your responsibility to clear the access to the outdoor fireplace.
BARBECUE
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.
PARKING
My parking is in front of the garage, it can fit a maximum of 2 cars. You have to be careful not to block the neighbour's entrance access with your car.
