PETS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance. If you have a service dog, official documentation must be provided. A $500 penalty might apply if these rules are not respected.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ Dogs must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs.
๏ Your dog must be clean. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If you cannot prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding to help prevent or minimize additional cleaning charges.
๏ Dogs must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times in common areas.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and leave the unit and surrounding areas clean.
๏ The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

OTHER PETS
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

ACCESSIBILITY
The apartment is located two floors above the ground floor. Guests must climb approximately 20 exterior steps, followed by 15 interior steps to reach the apartment. It's the guest responsibility to remove the snow on the stairs and balconies in winter, a shovel is available.

NOISES
To respect our neighbours, parties are strictly prohibited. We ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.

AC
The AC is located in the living room. Simply leave the bedroom doors open to help circulate cool air throughout the apartment. Fans are also available to help circulate the fresh air.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your security, there are 3 cameras:
๏ One camera points toward the parking area.
๏ One camera points toward the entrance and outdoor staircase.
๏ A video doorbell is installed at the entrance.
