❖Aquatic activities
The Lac Tremblant beach is approximately 1 km away.
Watercraft can be rented at the Pierre Plouffe Nautical Centre at Lac Tremblant Beach. Guests are not permitted to bring their own watercraft.

✦ You will have access to the entire condo and its private outdoor area in privacy. You will also have access to the shared amenities available within the complex.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the unit, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

WELCOMING YOUR PET
Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.

We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain conditions and only with our authorization.

We are animal lovers and your dog will love it (there is plenty of patio and green space to explore!) but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property.
Simply reach out to us to share more about your furry friend(s) and we are happy to try to accommodate.

๏ Additional cleaning fee: $100 per stay
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience related to pets.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ We do not accept dogs over 40 lbs (exceptions are possible; contact us).
๏ Your furry friend must be "clean", must not climb on furniture
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbours. A cage and muzzle are encouraged
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the surroundings of the condo clean.
๏ Your dog must remain on the leash at all times on the domain.
๏ This is an amazing place for your dog, he/she will have plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy.

PARKING ELECTRICAL OUTLET
There is a standard 110V outlet near your parking spot, you can bring your adapter. Note that there are
There are Tesla charging stations at Super C.
At the Ultramar on Montée Ryan, there are charging stations for all types of vehicles.
In the P1 parking lot at Tremblant, charging stations are also available for guests who pay for parking.

NOISE
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening. For your enjoyment and that of others, Gardium is active on the property at all time.
Guests are responsible for any fines incurred during their stay, including those related to noise or smoking or respect of pavilion rules.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, inside and outside.
No noise after 11 PM,

SECURITY CAMERAS
While respecting your privacy, security cameras are located in common areas for your safety.

ACCESS
There are 16 steps leading from the underground parking lot to the condo. If you are just outside, there will be no steps, only a gentle slope.
