✧ Our magnificent chalet will make you feel at home. A perfect place to get away from the city and relax. Our place is by the lake, in the forest.
✧ The chalet contains 3 bedrooms. The first on the ground floor is private and has a queen bed, the second is open to the mezzanine and has a double bed, and the third is also on the mezzanine but is completely private and contains a double bed and two single beds. Bedding and towels will be provided.
You'll also find a massage chair that will help the whole family to relax even more!
✧ The kitchen comes fully equipped to allow you to cook during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, pots and plates will be at your disposal for the preparation of meals. In addition, some food essentials will also be provided.
✧ The dining room can accommodate the whole family thanks to its 6 chairs and its large bench. The solarium also offers a sunny dining area.
✧ The living room contains a large modular sectional, a television equipped with Apple TV to access streaming platforms, as well as an electric fireplace.
✧ You can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the patio equipped with a jacuzzi, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Near the water, there is a fire area and boats when there's no snow. There's also a dock by the water; the water is 4 feet deep at the end of it.
✦ You will have access to the whole property, at the exception of a locked cabinet where we keep personal belongings.

LAKE
The chalet is located on the edge of Lake Lili. We have a small private access to the lake. The bottom is a mix of sand and rocks, and the water is clear. There is a small beach, and the bottom of the water gradually deepens. We also recommend that you bring your water shoes. There is no dock at your disposal. There is a canoe and two single kayaks and life jackets available for your use. Motorized boats are not allowed on the lake.
You can fish on the lake. You have to get the fishing license at the Canadian tire. Also, there are several outfitters in the area that offer this service. Visit the Lanaudière.ca website.
WINTER
Depending on the ice conditions, it is possible to skate on the lake. I ask you to always be careful and to inspect the ice well before stepping on it. You can also visit the municipal ice rink. You cannot ice fish on the lake. Visit the Lanaudière.ca site to find out about the sites near the chalet that offer this activity.

WATER
The water is sulphurous and has a faint odor, but it is very drinkable. We recommend that you bring your own drinking water if you suspect that guests may be sensitive to the smell of drinking water at the chalet.
RIVER WATER LEVEL
River water levels are outside our control. The sandy/rocky area shown in the photos may not always be available due to changing conditions.
WATERCRAFT
No boats, except those already at your disposal, are tolerated on the lake in order to protect the lake from undesirable plants. Boats are not available during the winter season from October 15th to May 1st.
WIRELESS
Wifi is present so that you can access your emails and other important things. It’s not ideal for telecommuting.
TV
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channel. There is an HDMI cable at your disposal so that you can plug your PC / Mac into the TV, and there is also an Apple TV on which you have access to a few channels and apps like Netflix and Youtube.
ROAD
The Lac Lili area is a new sector in development. You will have to climb 2 fairly steep hills with your car. In winter, we advise you to come with a 4WD.
BARBECUE
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. However, you must bring your wood. I would suggest that you also bring some kindling and paper to make getting started easier. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.
