Because of our peaceful community, parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Please keep music and voices at a respectful level, especially during the evening and nighttime hours.

SPA
The private spa is available year-round.
Guests must bring their own spa towels.

BBQ
The BBQ is available year-round.
During winter, access to the terrace is not guaranteed. If you wish to use the BBQ, it is the guest's responsibility to clear the snow from the balcony. A shovel will be provided.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For everyone's safety, the property is equipped with three exterior security cameras:
· Front entrance and parking area
· Rear entrance (small balcony area, not facing the spa)
· Rear upper terrace
There are no interior cameras.
