CAPACITY
The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults and 2 children

This magnificent 3-story manor will undoubtedly seduce you.

On the ground floor, you will discover:

✦ A beautiful entrance hall with a closet
✦ A fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals to share with your family and friends. A fondue kit, one for raclettes, and even utensils for lobsters are waiting for you to delight your taste buds.
✦ A beautiful living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a sublime organ that will make your evenings a little more magical. The logs are free on-site.
✦ Two bedrooms with Queen beds.
✦ Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the second with a whirlpool bath.

On the second floor, you will enjoy:

✦ A sumptuous game room with a poker table, a blackjack table, a snooker table, a dartboard, a Mississippi table, 2 small arcade games, a large Star Wars pinball machine, and a multitude of board games as well as a 70-inch smart TV. This game room even has its own bar and kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom so you don't have to go upstairs during your lively evenings.
✦ A workspace with two screens for those with obligations!
✦ A bedroom with two Queen beds and a single bed.

Finally, on the garden level, you will find:

✦ A large living room with a ping-pong table and a smart TV.
✦ Two bedrooms with Queen beds.
✦ A full bathroom with a shower.

Note that the manor has two terraces:

✦ A small terrace located on the garden level facing the river.
✦ A large terrace located between the ground floor and the garden level. This one is covered and equipped with a BBQ and a fireplace.

✦ You will have access to the entire townhouse and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.

NETWORK
Cellular network signal is weak from the manor but present. Note that WiFi access, however, is excellent!

TV
The manor has two smart TVs. Both have access to basic channels and you can connect to your Netflix, Prime, and Disney accounts.

BARBECUE
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. In winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

PETS
Pets are prohibited at the manor.

RIVER
It is strongly discouraged to swim directly from the manor into the river. The Berthier-sur-Mer beach is 1.5km away and offers you the opportunity to swim safely.

COOLING TUB
The cooling tub is available from late April through early October.
