Quiet neighbourhood about 25 minutes away from downtown.

Best way to discover montreal is by subway. Start your day with a 10 minutes walk to the subway and from there, it is easy to visit the city by subway. Traffic can get really bad during summer.

PETS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance. Cats and all other pets are NOT ALLOWED.
Additional fee: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
Conditions:
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ Dogs must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs.
๏ Your dog must be clean. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If you feel you cannot prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding to help prevent additional cleaning charges.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise disturbances for neighbors.
๏ Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when in common areas.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit and surrounding areas clean. No droppings should be left in the backyard or surrounding areas.
๏ The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.
๏ Service dogs must be disclosed in advance and official documentation must be provided.
A $500 penalty will apply if these pet rules are not respected.

NOISES
To respect our neighbors, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially during the evening and at night.
Please do not loiter in front of the house in a way that may disturb the neighbors.
Kindly keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
No parties or events.

AC
The air conditioning unit is located in the living room. Simply leave the bedroom doors open to help circulate cool air throughout the apartment.

SMOKING
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or on the steps of the rear balcony.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Cannabis smoking is not permitted.
Guests may also smoke on the sidewalk.

ACCESSIBILITY
The apartment is located on the third floor of the property.
Guests must climb a total of 23 steps to access the apartment.
There is no elevator.
