The Lac Tremblant beach is approximately 1 km away.
Watercraft can be rented at the Pierre Plouffe Nautical Centre at Lac Tremblant Beach. Guests are not permitted to bring their own watercraft.

LAKE
The property is located near Lake Tremblant, offering stunning views and a variety of water activities. While there is no direct private access to the lake from the property, several nearby access points allow for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Bringing your own boats is not permitted, but rentals are available at the Pierre Plouffe Nautical Center, just 6 minutes away. Please note that fishing is not permitted on this property, visit the Pourvoyeurs du Québec website for more details.

BEACH
For swimming, the sandy beach at Parc Plage Municipal is just a 5-minute drive away. This family-friendly beach is supervised by lifeguards and offers picnic areas.

ALPINE SKIING
During the winter season, skiing is the region's main attraction. The chalet is just 6 minutes from Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, which offers skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities for all ages.

SKATING
For ice skating, visit the municipal skating rink, located just 5 minutes away. Please avoid skating on natural lakes or rivers unless they are officially designated as safe.

ICE FISHING
Ice fishing is not permitted on the lake near the property. For this activity, visit the Laurentides website to find suitable locations near the cottage.

CONDO and ACCESS
The building contains 10 condo units spread across 3 floors. The rental unit is located on the ground floor and is entirely on one level. There are 6 stairs to enter the condo. The path leading to the entrance is gravel. It is also possible to access it through the back terrace entrance, although there is a small slope. We can't guarantee easy access in the winter.

WELCOMING YOUR PET
Unfortunately, we do not accept cats.

We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain conditions and only with our authorization.

We are animal lovers and your dog will love it (there is plenty of patio and green space to explore!) but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property so communication is essential.
Simply reach out to us to share more about your furry friend(s) and we are happy to try to accommodate.

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your furry friend must be "clean" and must not climb on furniture
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbours. A cage and muzzle are encouraged
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the surroundings of the condo clean.
๏ Your dog must remain on a leash at all times on the domain.
๏ Your dog will have plenty of on-site amenities to enjoy.

PARKING ELECTRICAL OUTLET
There is a standard 110V outlet near your parking spot, you can bring your adapter. Note that there are
There are Tesla charging stations at Super C.
At the Ultramar on Montée Ryan, there are charging stations for all types of vehicles.
In the P1 parking lot at Tremblant, charging stations are also available for guests who pay for parking.

NOISE
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM, inside and outside.
No noise after 11 PM under any circumstances.

BBQ
The barbecue is accessible year-round but you may need to clear the snow in winter. A shovel will be available. We ask that you kindly leave us a note if gas is getting low or you notice anything else requiring our attention.

FIREPLACE
The condo features a fireplace for cooler seasons. Use is generally recommended for October to May. Logs can be purchased at most nearby gas stations and stores.

FIREWORKS
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited across the community.
Security cameras are on site and fines will be applied.

AIR CONDITIONING
The bedroom is air-conditioned. By way of its location the windows and patio door offer ample ventilation.
