PETS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance. If you have a service dog, official documentation must be provided. A $500 penalty might apply if these rules are not respected.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ Dogs must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs.
๏ Your dog must be clean. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If you cannot prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding to help prevent or minimize additional cleaning charges.
๏ Dogs must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times in common areas.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and leave the unit and surrounding areas clean.
๏ The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

NOISES
To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.

AC
The window air conditioner is installed in the living room between May and September. Simply leave the bedroom doors open to allow cool air to circulate throughout the apartment. Fans are also available

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, three outdoor security cameras are installed: one monitoring the front entrance and street area, one monitoring the rear balcony and patio door, and a doorbell camera at the main entrance.

ACCESSIBILITY
This first-floor apartment requires climbing 4 outdoor steps.

WINTER
Guests wishing to use the outdoor stairs or balconies during winter are responsible for removing snow. A shovel is provided.
