PETS
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old and weighing less than 50 pounds - for us to make an exception, please contact us
๏ Your dog must be clean, must not climb on furniture and may not access the bedrooms at any time.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

SKIING and SNOWBOARDING
We would like to point out that there is no direct access to the ski slopes like a ''Ski-in and out'' chalet.

BARBECUE
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

NOISES
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. We ask that you be sensitive to the volume of the music or if you are singing around the campfire.

FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an outdoor fireplace available to you. You need to bring your own firewood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual.

The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

SPA
The spa is at your disposal throughout the year. However, you must bring your own towels for the spa.

CAMÉRA DE SÉCURITÉ
For your safety, two exterior security cameras are installed. They monitor the chalet entrance and the parking area only. They do not monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor living areas.
