PETS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance. Service dogs must be disclosed in advance and official documentation must be provided when applicable. A $500 penalty will apply if these rules are not respected.
๏ Additional fee: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ Dogs must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs.
๏ Your dog must be clean and is not allowed on beds or furniture. If you cannot prevent your dog from climbing onto furniture, please bring your own protective bedding.
๏ Your dog must not disturb the neighbors and must be kept on a leash in common areas.
๏ Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and leave the apartment and surroundings clean.
๏ Dogs must never be left alone in the apartment.

Other pets: Cats and all other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

NOISES
To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially during the evening and at night.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the peaceful environment at all times.

AC
The air conditioning is automatic, so you do not need to look for or operate the unit yourself. Guests do not have direct access to the controls. If you would like the temperature adjusted, simply let us know and we will be happy to help.

SECURITY CAMERA
For your security, a security camera is installed outside the apartment and points toward the main entrance only. There are no cameras inside the apartment. It is important fur us to respect the provacy of our guests.
