The best way to explore the city is by subway! The condo is located 3 min walk to Sauvé station, and it will take you only 20 to 25 minutes to get to downtown, depending on where you are going. From there, you can just walk everywhere or uber at low cost or even use Bixi bike rentals available everywhere in the city during summer.

The airport is about 20 min drive without traffic.



BALCONY
Please note that the rear balconies are connected between the condos. Your private section is connected to the balcony of Condo #6, and the balcony also provides access to the building's rear emergency staircase.

Smoking is not permitted inside or on the balcony, as neighboring bedrooms are located toward the back of the building and the smoke and noise can travel easily.

PETS
Dogs, cats, and all other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

ACCESSIBILITY
Please note that there are approximately 25 steps to climb before reaching the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the condo building.

NOISES
This place is not for parties. This is very important.
Our neighbors work in the morning, so please be respectful and keep music, conversations, and other noises at a reasonable level, especially during the evening and at night.

Parties are strictly prohibited. We have been warned about noise in the past and another issue could affect our ability to continue hosting on Airbnb.

AC*
The wall-mounted AC is located in the main living area, which includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Simply leave the bedroom door open to help the cool air circulate throughout the apartment.
