"A neighbourhood life that has nothing to envy the Plateau or the Mile-End."

The Villeray district is both dynamic and peaceful, and attracts many young professionals, students and families. Its architecture is typical of Montreal's neighbourhoods: duplex and triplex in a row, with its exterior spiral staircases and tree-lined alleys. Renowned restaurants, bars and delicatessens will delight you.

The accommodation is located near rue Villeray where there are many local shops: restaurants, bars, fruit shops, convenience stores, coffee shops, gelateria, pastry shops, bakeries, pharmacies, designer workshops, bookshops, etc.

The district is very green and pleasant, you can walk along its green tree-lined streets and discover their hidden treasures. While going to Jarry Park, stop for a gelateria at Vincenzo's or a coffee at Vito's, stroll in front of the windows of Quebec designers and craftsmen, or enjoy the "Parklet" of the street while having a beer at Miss Villeray or eating French fries at Frite So, swing by eating your ice cream from ArchiCrème on the public swing of the new public square.

A few minutes walk away: metro (Jarry or Jean-Talon stations, orange and blue lines), Bixi station (self-service bicycles), local buses, small grocery stores.
A few minutes walk away: Jarry Park (indoor outdoor pools, sports fields, Uniprix Stadium - Rogers Cup in August, ice skating and tobogganing in winter); Jean-Talon Market open every day all year round; Plaza Saint-Hubert (commercial street with canopy); Little Italy; Community Centre; Library; Small auditorium; Hospital.

- The famous Jean Talon market 12 min walk
- The large Jarry park is a 7-minute walk away
- Plaza St Hubert and Little Italy are less than 15 minutes away on foot
