Check-in usually starts at 5:00 p.m.

PETS
• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $ 100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept dogs weighing over 40 pounds or those under one year of age.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

NOISE
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
If you wish to access the BBQ and outdoor fire pit area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow. A shovel will be available.

FIREPLACES / LOGS
If you require more wood, you will need to bring your own. It can be purchased nearby; details are in the guest manual provided after booking.
Also, please bring kindling, paper, and a lighter (as these tend to disappear)

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, we have installed security cameras outside the chalet:

๏ A camera facing the parking area
๏ A camera facing the yard
For your privacy, the yard camera is not pointing at the spa.

BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT
๏ Whether motorized or non-motorized, your boat must be cleaned at the municipal wash station. Anyone using a watercraft on a body of water within the territory of Pohénégamook must carry valid proof of washing.
๏ All motorized watercraft must be launched at the municipal boat ramp.
๏ Anyone violating the municipal bylaw is liable to a fine ranging from $200 to $4,000, plus legal costs.
