► The Joliette metro station is only a 5-minute away, and the Pie-IX metro station is only 8 minutes away.
► The Olympic Park; stadium, biodome, planetarium, and botanical gardens, are only 8 minutes away.
► You are only 8 minutes away from Place Vallois, and Ontario Promenade. Which includes an assortment of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.,
► Bus stop 85 is located right on the corner of Hochelaga street and Orleans street.
► There is also a BIXI station at the corner of Hochelaga / Orléans.

Noise
The apartments are located in a charming, typical building in Old Montreal. However, the soundproofing is not perfect. Being in a lively neighborhood, there may be noise disturbances (cars, people, etc.) as in any large city.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations and on the balconies. It is essential to go out onto the street to smoke and to pick up cigarette butts afterwards.

The units are located on the second and third floors of a triplex. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the first apartment, with 15 steps to climb. There will be a second flight of stairs to access the second apartment, with 14 steps to climb. You will then have access to the entirety of the accommodations.

The television does not have cable channels but allows you to connect to your Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. accounts.

Pets are not allowed in the unit.
