♦ The two apartments are located on the same floor. You will meet your group via an external balcony situated above a garden. This balcony is shared only by your two units. Therefore, you will need to take a few steps outside wearing outdoor-appropriate shoes or slippers.

♦ This beautiful accommodation contains 2 units with each two bedrooms:
- 2 Master bedrooms with queen beds, work spaces and balcony (shared but private, separated by a privacy screen, see photos for visual understanding).
- 2 Bedrooms with two queen beds each

♦ 2 Living rooms with corner sofas, smart TVs (Netflix) and electric fireplaces

♦ 2 Dining rooms with solid wood table, each table has 4 chairs plus 2 folding chairs available within the unit to accommodate a total of 12 guests.

♦ The 2 kitchens is equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave & dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't miss anything. In addition, a traditional filter coffee maker is at your disposal to start your day on the right foot.

My apartments is located in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighbourhood in Montreal.

On Ontario Street, you will find various restaurants and stores. In summer, the street often becomes a pedestrianized street to take your time without worrying about cars.

You will also be about fifteen minutes from the famous Olympic Stadium in Montreal.

Access
Montreal’s classic plexes are accessed by staircase. This unit is on the second floor (one floor above ground level) and requires climbing one outdoor flight of stairs of 21 steps while carrying your luggage.
For your safety, smart outdoor lights turn on automatically at dusk to illuminate the balconies and staircases. For your comfort, we kindly ask that you use the blackout curtains provided.

PURPOSE OF YOUR STAY
This Airbnb is reserved for accommodation only.
Please keep it peaceful: no commercial photography, no filming/tournages, and no parties or reunions/gatherings.

NOISE
We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible! Please note that, like everywhere in Montreal, our charming vintage building may experience some traffic noise and occasional sounds from neighboring apartments. For those who are sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs on-site.
Our wood floors make gentle creaks — adding to the authentic charm of Montreal!

PARKING
Your 2 complimentary parking spaces can accommodate vehicles up to the size of a small SUV. For larger vehicles (such as full-size pickup trucks, "Suburban"-style models, or large vans), we kindly ask that you use nearby street parking; this ensures your vehicle can be parked safely within the alleyway and stays strictly within the designated space. We would be happy to help you find alternative parking options!

AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT
The apartment is equipped with high-capacity air conditioning for the common areas—living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—to help keep things cool during warmer days.
Importantly, consider your personal preferences for cooling, as the unit does not have central air.
For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the fan provided.
During summer, keep curtains closed while you are out during the day to maintain coolness. During winter, wall thermostats control the baseboard heaters and radiators—we kindly ask that heating thermostats remain set around 21°C (70°F) for energy efficiency and balance.

SNOW REMOVAL
During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear the parking space and stairs. Please consider whether this is manageable for you, especially when navigating staircases, moving strollers, or walking through light snow. Generally, they will wait until the end of precipitation to clear the snow only once.
A shovel will be available on site.

SUPPLIES
This is a self-catered stay: we provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning basics for a short stay, but we do not restock these during your stay. We can offer nearby store recommendations.

TOWELS
We provide fine microfiber towels, an eco-friendly choice that's lightweight and compact. They have a different feel from traditional cotton, so please consider your personal preferences with what we provide for your comfort.

INDOOR NON-SMOKING POLICY & BALCONY USE
To keep the home fresh and clean for everyone, smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cannabis, or e-cigarettes/vapes—is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, odor-free environment for all guests!
For guests who smoke, please use the outdoor balconies and ensure all ash is safely disposed of in outdoor ashtrays or receptacles. Even during cold weather, smoking must remain entirely outdoors—please ensure balcony doors and nearby windows are kept firmly closed while outside so smoke and cold air do not enter the home.

PETS & ALLERGEN POLICY
Pets are not permitted on the property in order to protect individuals with severe allergies and maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.

KITCHEN CARE
Standard checkout cleaning is covered by your booking fee. We simply ask that the apartment is not left in a state requiring extensive deep cleaning. Even if it's not a must, we appreciate it when our guests leave the kitchen in a reasonably tidy condition. Dishwasher soap is provided below the sink. Feel free to start the dishwasher before leaving. We appreciate it!

TRASH & RECYCLING
At the end of your stay, please place your sealed bags into the bins located on the outdoor balconies (trash = grey bins; recycling = blue or green bins) or leave them inside the apartment. Please do not leave trash bags directly on the sidewalk per city bylaws.

CLEANLINESS OF THE ACCOMMODATION
Please leave the apartment in a condition that does not require specialized cleaning. Following your departure, our team will conduct an inspection and take dated photographs. In the event of excessive dirt or damage, this evidence may be submitted to Airbnb AirCover, which will evaluate any applicable reimbursement claims.

MAINTENANCE*
A maintenance technician may visit during your stay to service the facilities and equipment, ensuring everything remains in good working order—both for your stay and for future guests. Such visits are infrequent, typically limited to the exterior, and should not cause any disturbance.
In the event of an emergency requiring access to indoor equipment, it is possible that the technician may need to enter the accommodation.
Please rest assured that this would only occur as a last resort, with the goal of ensuring your comfort.
