The chalet has two floors, and here's how the rooms are laid out:

Here are the closest beaches to the chalet:

- The municipal beach in Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie, 23 minutes by car. This attractive site allows visitors to benefit from numerous activities such as swimming, nautical activities, children's games, beach volleyball, toilets, rest areas and equipment rental. This intimate beach seduces with its family atmosphere and its beautiful environment.

- The municipal beach of Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, 25 minutes by car. Accessible free of charge, the municipal beach of Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez is located at 250, rue du Lac-Pierre Nord. This enchanting site provides access to Lac Pierre. Access is prohibited to animals. The beach offers the following amenities: picnic table and toilet block.

CAMERAS
There are security cameras outside the chalet that overlooks the entrance.
Parties are FORBIDDEN at the chalet. We also have a Noise Aware sound device to alert us if the sound level reaches a limit. We are counting on you to maintain a good relationship with the community at Domaine du Cerf.

BARBECUE
Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.

FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fireplace at your disposal. I provide around 20 logs, so if you want to make multiple fires. you should bring some wood. You can buy some near the chalet, I will send you the address prior to your arrival.
The fire pit is not accessible from November until April.

HOT TUB
The hot tub is at your disposal all year long. You just need to bring your own towels for the hot tub.
Les partys sont interdits. Des dispositifs de détection de bruit excessif sont installés à l'intérieur et l'extérieur du chalet. Nous tenons à garder une bonne entente avec nos voisins et la communauté du Domaine du Cerf

MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS
You must respect the regulations put in place by the municipal council. It is forbidden to practice any outdoor activity that may generate noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next morning. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Guests cannot bring their own boats and put them on the lake. Thank you for understanding.

- Dog Friendly Rules:
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fees: $100 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present.
๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean.
