Eli Condos' prime location allows you to enjoy numerous festivals, public installations accessible year-round, and vibrant bars and restaurants with colorful terraces.

The neighborhood is largely pedestrian-friendly, providing easy access to various amenities and public transportation. Just a 5-minute walk from Berri-UQAM and Saint-Laurent metro stations, residents and visitors can quickly navigate throughout the city via bus or subway.

For those who prefer driving, parking is readily available nearby with numerous parking meters scattered nearby. Additionally, just one block from the apartment, there is a private parking lot at 1435 Sanguinet Street, offering a secure and convenient parking option.

PETS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.
Additional fees: $100 per stay + Airbnb fee
Conditions:
•⁠ ⁠You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
•⁠ ⁠Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
•⁠ ⁠Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
•⁠ ⁠Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
•⁠ ⁠You must pick up after your dog at all times and keep the unit clean. We must not find drops in the garden and-or surroundings after your stay.
•⁠ ⁠The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.

Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

ACCESSIBILITY
The apartment is accessible by elevator and is located on the 3rd floor.
You'll need to climb stairs to access the rooftop terrace.

NOISES
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings and in the night.
You may hear music from the free concerts at Place des Spectacles.

AC
The AC is located in the main living area. Simply leave the space open to facilitate fresh air circulation throughout the apartment.

TV
We have a smart television with a Helix Videotron system that allows you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ accounts.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING*
The heating system is automatic: from approximately October to April, the heating system operates, while in summer, the air conditioning system takes over. It is not possible to select one or the other on demand; it truly depends on the season and the outside temperature. The transition dates between the two modes may vary depending on weather conditions.

In winter, if the indoor temperature is too high, you can slightly open a window. Conversely, in summer, you can control the air conditioning according to your needs, so there's no need to worry about that.
