NOISES
To maintain the serenity of our neighborhood, parties are not allowed, and guests are asked to keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings and at night.
We can sometimes hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor.

Please note that cellphone network coverage in this area is limited. Depending on your service provider, you may experience weak signals, and telephone communications could be interrupted or spotty at times.

AC
As mentioned earlier in this listing, the wall-mounted air conditioner is located in the living room.
To help keep the rest of the space cool, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open. The surrounding vegetation also provides natural shade, which helps reduce the heat. Please note that there is no air conditioning directly in the bedrooms.

FIREPLACE / LOGS
There is an indoor fireplace available. Please bring your own firewood, kindling, and lighter.

BBQ and TERRACE
In winter, it is your responsibility to clear snow from the terrace and the BBQ area.
