Please note that the maximum height is 1.98 meters, as this is an underground parking garage. Several paid parking options are available nearby for a second vehicle.

Saint-Roch is a trendy neighborhood with many small restaurants, cafes and lively bars. It is also home to boutiques selling clothing, home goods and toys along St. Joseph Street. Concert halls, theaters and contemporary art galleries dot the area. The Jean-Paul-L'Allier Garden features an artificial waterfall, and the huge Saint-Roch Church is nearby.

You have easy access to Quebec City's public transportation right outside the condo. Taxi services and bike rentals are also available nearby. The train/bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, and Old Quebec is a 15-minute walk from the condo.

Street parking is available with meters, and there is a paid public parking lot (Parkeo, le Cartier 2) located directly behind the condo. Additionally, the condo is only 14 km from Quebec City Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB).

We provide a smart TV allowing you to access your Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ accounts.

AROUND THE BUILDING
North of the building is a modern shelter that supports people experiencing homelessness. A short walk away, across the street from the shelter, is the YMCA, frequented by both local families and its members.

The neighborhood is safe, and Quebec City ranks among the safest cities on the continent. Young families, tourists, local residents, and workers are regularly seen walking and moving about.

To the north, St. Joseph Street is worth exploring for its charming boutiques and delicious local restaurants.

ROOF POOL
The building does have a heated swimming on the roof that our guests have access to during their stay.
- The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to June. Dates may vary, and this isn't something we can control. Contact us if you have questions on this subject to get the latest updates we have.
- The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Thank you for always keeping an eye on your children.
