PETS
Cats are not allowed.
We accept a maximum of one dog, only with prior approval and under strict conditions:
๏ Additional fee: $100 CAD per stay for 1 dog
๏ Guests must have at least one positive Airbnb review
๏ Dogs must weigh under 40 lbs and be at least 1 year old
๏ Dogs must not access bedrooms or couch - if he climbs on couches you must bring a protective layer.
๏ Dogs must not cause noise disturbances
๏ Guests must clean up after their dog at all times

DINING
As shown in the pictures, there are three chairs arranged next to the kitchen island. There is an extra foldable chair available for our fourth guest.

NOISES
To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.

APARTMENT ROOM DIVISIONS*
Please note that there is a glass window high up in the wall between bedroom #1 and bedroom #2. This window is covered with blackout curtains.
Also note a glass door with a curtain separates bedroom #2 and the living room. This bedroom is also accessible via a door in the hallway.
