• This spacious open-space 1BR presents a Regular Queen Bed. We offer a large closet with built-in storage. In summer, you have access to AC control by a remote. In winter the heating is controlled by wall thermostats.

• The fully-equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and many small kitchen appliance with everything you need to cook & enjoy a delicious meal. In addition, a coffee machine and some food basics are at your disposition. We offer a starting for all the sanitary basics. For example : we place 5 rolls of toilet paper, 5 dishwasher pods, 5 garbage bags, etc. You can easily by more at the pharmacies around the block.

• In the open living room, you will find a comfortable sofa and a television on which you can connect to your Netflix and Youtube account. Plus, a dining table with 2 chairs and a bench lets you enjoy group meals - and create memories. Several restaurants within walking distance with delivery option to discover in our neighbourhood

• The unit contains a complete bathroom with shower.

• By reserving this unit, you will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. You have access to a shared rooftop terrace. Guests don't have access to a private parking. Guest can park their car on the street but if it's your first time in Montreal, street signs and regulations might be hard to understand.

Mail
You will have access to a private mailbox. The packages are left on the floor in the common entrance area.

Airport
The unit is only at 15 minute drive from the airport. We recommend using a taxi or Uber service from the airport.

PROPERTY TOUR
Please note that the condo is currently for sale and visits may be arranged. We will inform you with a minimum of 72 hours notice and respect your schedule preferences for these visits.

NOISE
Please note that when opening the window, you can hear the noise from the street. We have AC so you can cool down the condo without opening the windows. When the windows are close, you don't hear the road from the bedroom.

DOGS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Additional fees: $100 per stay.

Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean.

OTHER PETS
Cats and other pets are NOT ALLOWED.

TV
The accommodation is equipped with a smart TV, but does not offer a cable channel. You can log in to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+, or other account directly on the TV.

General Rules
No Parties, gatherings and additional guests allowed during rental. No smoking and vaping in the house and near the building.
