Located in Beaupré, Le Tree-House will be your cozy little nest hidden in the vegetation and warmed by the sun. Come relax in the clouds with us!

✦ We have furnished our chalet so that the whole family can stay there!
✦ The first bedroom, on the upper level, has two queen-size beds and a single bed, as well as a pretty chest of drawers to store your personal belongings.
✦ The second bedroom, also on the upper level, contains a queen bed and large windows to admire the panoramic view.
✦ The last bedroom, which is on the lower level, has a queen-size bed and a large pole where hangers will be located to hang your clothes. In addition, you will have ample space to store your belongings thanks to an additional chest of drawers!
✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, coffee machine and food essentials are on site to facilitate preparation. You will even have access to a fondue, a raclette kit, a slow cooker and a hand blender!!!
✦ In the living room there are two large sofas. One can be transformed into a double bed in the evening, a smart television allowing access to your Netflix account. There's a PS3 at your disposal as well as a few games, please note that there's only one controller. There is also a warm wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to after an exciting day outside.
✦ In addition, you will have access to a magnificent workspace for those who wish to continue working among the trees. The latter is equipped with a 22-inch monitor and an HDMI cable.
Meanwhile, the complex boasts a variety of shared spaces:
✦ An indoor swimming pool (open all year round)
✦ An outdoor pool (depending on the weather, available approximately from mid June to mid October) In 2025, the outdoor pool will be open starting on June 10th
✦ A sauna (open all year round)
✦ A GYM room
✦ The chalet has a total of 1.5 bathrooms, a full bathroom on the upper level floor and a powder room on the lower level.
✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space.
✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

DOGS
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog, not refundable
๏ Guests must have at least 3 positive reviews from previous Airbnb experiences to bring a pet
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old and your dog must be under 40lbs
๏ Your dog must be clean, not climb furniture, and always access bedrooms.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for the neighbors and on a leash when outside
๏ Guests must always pick up dog droppings and keep the yard clean.
If one of the following rules is not accepted, we'll charge 500$ penalty after your stay.
PETS
Other pets are NOT ALLOWED at the chalet. You must notify us in advance and show us the official documentation if you have a service dog.
Accessibility
From the main entrance, there are two steps to access two private bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Then, there are 12 steps to access the living area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room. On this same floor, there's also a private bedroom, a half-bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a stacked washer and dryer.
SWIMMING POOLS/SAUNA/GYM
Please note that the relaxation areas are shared with other estate residents.
TOWELS
Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool and sauna towels.
ASIAN LADYBUGS
The changing seasons of spring and fall bring the arrival of small, colorful visitors seeking warmth: Asian ladybugs, an invasive species. You may encounter them during your stay during these periods. Rest assured, they are completely harmless to your health.
