It is a recent neighborhood in a relaxed style, with streets lined with charming terraced houses. Avenue du Mont-Royal and Rue Saint-Denis are dotted with relaxed cafes and restaurants, lively bars and galleries and contemporary theaters.
You can fully enjoy the city, its emblematic places and its shops.
You can easily get around on foot and by metro, the Sherbrooke stop is a 6-minute walk away.
You will be near the bakery "Les Co'Pains d´Abord", the supermarket "Epicerie José" and a pharmacy.

CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.

๏ Guests must pick up dog droppings at all times to keep the surroundings and my beloved city clean
NOISES
To maintain a respectful environment for neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening and at night.
AC*
Portable air conditioners are connected to the windows of bedrooms 1 and 3. Simply leave the bedroom doors open to ensure a comfortable climate during hot summer days. They are installed between the months of June and September.
