The Plateau & Mile End are the coolest neighborhoods in Montreal. From the apartment, you can easily walk to the best restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and parks in the city.

The LOCATION is fantastic. We're on a quiet street but surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Le Plateau. You're close to Boulevard St-Laurent (known as The Main), plenty of cute cafes, awesome restaurants, and hip microbreweries and bars right around the corner. Plus, Mont-Royal Mountain is nearby, perfect for starting your exploration of Montreal on foot or bike. There's a bus stop on the corner that'll take you to the metro in no time.

Our building has tons of character, typical of the Plateau area. The loft feels spacious with lots of natural light from big windows. Inside, you'll find plenty of furniture and decorations. Step outside, and you'll get a beautiful view of Mont-Royal Mountain and the Cross right from the sidewalk.

The bus line is right at the corner of the street. Both line of metro (St-Laurent and Mont-Royal) are at 10-15 mins walk or accessible by regular buses. During summer, you can use Bixi and other bikeshare systems. Car2Go, Turo and Uber are also operating in Montréal.

• Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.

๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.

The second bedroom is also the living room, you are free to use it as you wish.

We do not have central AC but we still have a little AC system in the living space which helps to bring cool air to the bedrooms. We do have fans at your disposition. Let us know at what time you plan on booking our apartment and we will let you know if the temperature is warm at that time of the year.
