My apartment is located on Bennett Street, in the Hochelaga Maisonneuve district.

Nearby, you will find the renowned Maisonneuve Market, which will delight lovers of delicacies. There is a bus stop taking you to the city center in front of the building and the Green Metro line is a 20-minute walk away.

You will be close to the Montreal Olympic Stadium and the Botanical Garden.

In front of the apartment, you will also find a bike rental store, enough to discover the real Montreal!

Rue Ontario, which is a little higher, is also home to various small restaurants and shops.

The HOMA district (as it is called in Montreal), is a quiet and family neighborhood. What to enjoy your stay in the metropolis while sleeping in peace!

PARKING
You will find parking on the street. The guest manual provides all the necessary information, and we will be happy to assist you to make things easier.

TV
We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. Television has many applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Youtube, you just have to connect! There is an HDMI cable available so you can connect your PC/Mac to the TV.

AIR CONDITIONING
There is a wall-mounted air conditioning system in the apartment which is controlled with a remote control.

WIFI
You will have access to free wireless internet access, it is powerful and will allow you to work directly from the apartment.

LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a washer and dryer at your disposal.

DOGS
We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. You must notify us in advance and show us official documentation if you have a service dog. We will take a $500 penalty if any of these rules are not respected.

Additional fees: $100 per stay.

Conditions:
- You must have at least 1 positive comment from previous experiences;
- Your dog must be over 1 year old and weigh less than 40 lbs;
- Your dog must be "clean": dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Should you find it impossible to prevent your dog from climbing onto beds or furniture, we encourage you to
bring your own bedding (blankets for beds and sofas) during your stay. This will help to prevent or minimize the cost of any additional cleaning charges.
- Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbours and must be on a leash at all times when in the common areas.
- You must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the unit clean.
- The dog must never be left alone in the apartment.
